The Crow and the Pitcher
On a hot summer day, a thirsty crow was flying around in search of water. After a long search, the crow saw a pitcher in the distance. He flew down to the pitcher and found that there was some water at the bottom.
But the water level was too low, and the crow could not reach it. He tried to tip the pitcher over to drink the water, but it was too heavy. The crow thought and thought and finally had an idea.
He started to pick up small stones with his beak and dropped them one by one into the pitcher. The water level began to rise as the stones took up space in the pitcher. After dropping many stones, the water level rose high enough for the crow to drink from the pitcher.
The crow was very happy that he had found a way to drink water from the pitcher. He quenched his thirst and flew away.
The moral of the story is that intelligence and perseverance can help you achieve your goals. When you are faced with a difficult situation, don't give up. Think creatively, and you may find a way to overcome the challenge. Like the crow, you can use your intelligence and persistence to achieve success.
