What are these themes?
We have themes or categories that most children love. These are Animal Stories, Christmas Books Fairy Tales, Novels, Princess Stories, Activity Books, Rhymes & Assorted Books. If there are themes that you would like but are not listed, reach out to us on info@bookzoo.in
What type of books will I get - paperbacks, hardcover or board-books?
Our efforts are to curate age appropriate books for your child. For a 2-year-old this could be just board-books while for a 9-year-old this could be paperbacks.
Are these new or used books?
This plan includes ‘Gently Used’ books after they pass our quality checks.
What is the price range of these books? How much does each book cost.
As part of the Bookpack, we curate books that are in the price range of 150/- to 180/- per book.
Should I return these books once read?
No, Once purchased, these are your books, no return required
How do I make the payment?
Choose the age, number of books & theme and add to cart, the webpage will navigate you to the cart subsequently checkout. Payment can be made using all kind of cards, UPI and COD.
What if I am not happy with the books?
We have an easy return & exchange policy as well as 100% refund policy if you don’t like the books. Write to info@bookzoo.in if you are not happy with the books, we will connect with you and get this resolved.
What if I have kids in multiple age groups?
Once we get an order, we will call and speak to you to understand the need. We can look at curating the books based on the age group of the kids, if needed.
When will I get the call to discuss about the Bookpack?
Once we receive the order, maximum within 48 hours you will get a call from us to discuss the books that you need.
Is the Shipping free?
Yes, free shipping for Bookpack, no additional shipping charges
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available ?
Yes, COD is available and there is no additional cost if you prefer the payment mode as COD.
What's your Quality Promise?
As you would have realized by now, we sell both New and Pre-loved books. All Used Books go through thorough quality checks before we upload on our website. Our New books are well, brand new! The pictures of the books on our website are ones that we shoot ourselves. That said, we stand by our promise, should you have any concerns, reach out to us and we will be happy to help.
How is it possible for you to sell at these prices?
Our effort is to make reading affordable. We are happily passing off discounts that we get from our scale and efficiencies to you.
Where do you source these books from?
We source our books from UK, US & Canada.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, We ship books across India.
How do I check the order status?
Once an order is placed and dispatched, we will share the tracking details with you via email, Whatsapp and SMS for you to track the order.
How long will it take for order to be delivered?
We will dispatch your order within 3 working days. Once dispatched, your order will reach you within a week’s time.
What if I am not available when the order is due for delivery?
Our shipping partner will make three attempts to handover the package to you, if you are not available at the first instance, you can inform them about your next available date and time.
