1- Orders shipped to North America
Once we receive the order, the orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of the Order receipt.
Shipping rates: We charge a standard $2 as shipping charges for all orders shipped to North America. Bookzoo has a tie-up with Shiprocket to ship the books from India (Bangalore) to North America.
Order tracking: It will take around 8-12 days for order to be delivered to USA & Canada. Once the order is shipped, we will share the tracking link for you to track the order.

2- Orders shipped to India
Order Processing time: The Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of the Order receipt. We are based at Bangalore, based on your location, books will be delivered to you within 7-10 days maximum. In case there is a delay, we will reach out to you and inform about it.
Shipping Rates: Shipping is free for all order value above INR 599/- For anything less, we charge a flat rate of INR 60/- across India. We do not charge additional COD charges for any of our orders.
Shipping address: We go with the shipping address, email ID, mobile number mentioned in the order, in case there is a change, reach out to us within 24 hours of order placed. In case, you want the order to be delivered at a later date, mention it in the order notes while placing the order.
Shipping Methods: We offer standard surface shipping for all orders across India. We have a tie up with Delhivery for all the shipping purposes. As part of the order delivery, OTP will be shared with you which needs to be shown while accepting the order.
Typically, Delhivery will make 3 attempts to deliver the books, in case if you are not available on all the 3 occasions, the books will be returned to us.
There are instances wherein a particular pin codes are not serviceable, in such scenarios, we will reach out to you and explore other options to ship the books including India post.
In-transit damages: We take due care in packing the books and all our orders are packed with multiple layers of packing material and also, we work very closely with Delhivery for undamaged delivery of the books. In case you find the books are delivered in a bad shape, books are damaged, pls reach out to us, we will do the needful.

Order tracking: The order can be tracked in multiple ways,
- As soon as we ship the order, a whatsapp message will be sent to the customer with the tracking link.
- In our website there is a ‘Track Order’ tab where one needs to insert the order number & mobile number or tracking number to check the status of the order.
- An email with the tracking link will be sent to the customer to track the order.
Shipping restrictions: At times, due to weather condition, Government regulations, there may be shipping restrictions to particular pin codes, in such scenarios, we will reach out to you and keep you informed.
International Shipping: All our International orders are processed through India Post, the delivery time will vary based on the country where you are located.
